Customer Tech Sessions.

Smart Bloomfield, held it's first customer, "Nuts and Bolts" training session. This may be the first time in the history of US auto sales that a car dealer cared enough to do this for their customers long after the sale was made.

Rick the GM, and Mark, the Service Manger, had it all laid out. Three cars on lifts, belly pans off, and engines dropped down. Free reign of the shop for pix and looks. More pix to come here soon. Thanks Rick and Mark. A2Jack

This is a great idea. Takes a lot of fear and mystery out of cars for lots of people. See one, do one, teach one. Hope they do that here in Cleveland.

Robotbill. Yes, this is big help to all of us, as we have no service manuals, and much of the cars "workings" are hidden beneath plastic panels.

If local clubs would approach their dealers about setting this up in their areas, this could go nation-wide.

This is great "PR" for the dealers and gets people into their store on a happy basis, instead of just a service problem.

The wealth of photos I was able to shoot will help us solve problems while we are waiting for those manuals.

A2Jack.

Karl. Yep! I remember your post in the De Dion tube discussion. I'll post a copy
of this pix (with an arrow pointing to the hole) to that forum. Good Eye! A2Jack.
