Dde Dates

My dde was showing 7-12-08---10-10-08 yesterday, when I took delivery of my smart, in ABQ N M.
So it looks like if you take the day on the first dde & add one month to that date, that maybe when you get delivery, AS I GOT MINE ON 8-12-08.

great my dde stopped changing at 7/30 - 10/28 so maybe in a couple of weeks i'll be a happy smart owner also

yep, that's the story...most smarts arrive at the dealers around 30 days (+/- week) after the start of the DDE date. Congrats!

Ginger - my date is also 7/30. And the car is on the Elektra due to dock in Baltimore on 8/16.

My DDE went from Aug 08 to Oct 08 (no days given). Now it says that it cannot be estimated! Its been over a week like this.
