What's so funny? Being given 5 days (One of those days a Sunday, Dealer Closed) via email, no phone call, to make a transaction is not just poor etiquette but poor customer service. I sell audio systems far more expensive than Smart Fortwos, and I would never give my clients a 5 day ultimatum, via email. Luckily, the dealer was decent enough to apologize, and give me time to schedule a visit to make my down payment. Remember folks, we are talking about car dealers, only dentists and lawyers are dispised more.
BTW, my car won't arrive until Nov.
