I hit a deer yesterday morning about 5:30am on a two lane highway. The deer cracked my passenger headlight and right front fender. He ran any so I think the deer is OK. Too bad about my car. It is drivable but I have it parked until I can get a new headlight and front panel - Should be here on Friday. I am now trying to decide if I should replace the panel and light myself or let the dealer do it for a fee of $300.
You mean U hit the deer. Hehe. I am sure the dear did not hit you. Or you would of got hit from the side. And what deer would do that? A suicide deer maybe, but how many of those do you see. GOSH!

Actually just last week my sister, her husband and two grand children (no smart for them) came to a dead stop when they spotted a buck heading toward them from a field. It changed it's course and attacked the side of thier car. Dumb deer.

Hello,
My misses was driving down 519 in NJ the other week and a small group zipped out of the woods straight in to the side of her Toyota......
Body shop still has it - +$7000 worth of damage from the headlight to the tailight..... urgh.... car is only 6 months old
Body shop says the front left quarter panel is cracked and the taillight, as the deer kind of slid along the side of the car.
I will give a repair estimate when I get it.
Meaux
Post some pics to your gallery to as a testament to how well the car did hold up. I bet that deer is really hurting by now. I have them all over my property and constantly have people asking to come on it and kill them. No can do
