Delay config

My DDE just popped up again and it will probably be a 2009.I have my 2008 orphan though and would prefer a 2010.Any way to dealy the config process to make it a 2010?(Sept-Nov 2009 is DDE date)

Call up the 800 number and see if they can push you out. Only way I see doing it for a 10

i think "smartHHO" means to 'push your DDE' out, or back, from your current one to a DDE so that you would configure a 2010.

i would suggest you just cancel your reservation and make a new one in January. currently wait times are generally 11+ months, so even on the short end if you placed a reservation in January, you would take delivery in November, which would pretty much ensure you of getting a 2010. to be SURE to get one, wait until February.

that's what i plan to do........reserve in Jan-Feb in hopes of getting one of the first "EV"s should they come to the US.

the only 'unknown' here is what happens to the production/distribution of smarts once China starts taking deliveries next year?????
