greetings,
will the smart center dealerships be selling vehicle lines other than the smart fortwo? will they pay the bills by servicing other vehicles?
thanks in advance for any help.
We will only be selling smart for-two vehicles. My dealership also happens to own Mercedes-Benz but its completly seperate from smart. Maybe in the future we will have more models, but for now, no.
Also, the ones I have contacted have in their contracts not to service 'grey market' vehicles, so I have no local service for my 2005 passion. Fortunately, we have an excellent Mercedes shop eager to learn.
The dealership I picked up my smart at, isn't an MB dealer at all, but a british motorcars dealer, so it was actually a land rover specialist who did the first work on the car to repair items that were broken at pickup.
apparently from what i've read, ALL smart dealerships are "smart only" and from what i've seen locally, don't even handle USED CARS. i'm not so sure they even take trades! not a used car in sight!
