Does the Smart have a cigarette lighter or a extra power port for accessories like radar detector or charger for phone?

yes. under the dash. in the center. it's also where you plug the air pump into.

Dang, I thought all the plastic would give smart its stealth capabilities from radar emissions. I did get clocked going 94 in West Texas in a 450 in 2006. No ticket, but we did frame the warning!
