Door Panel Paint Issues

Have you guys ever noticed the paint issues on the door panels of our Smarts? I took delivery today of a 09 Passion Coupe and noticed what appears like creases in the paint. The area is specifically directly underneath the side mirrors.

I thought it was just my Smart, but all of the cars at the dealership had the same issue. Perhaps something in the mold...

Yes, this has been discussed on here before. I am not sure what the reason was on why it was there.

It almost looks like flex marks in the panels to me; maybe something to do with the molding process? Don't think it's actually in the paint.

the affected area is on both painted and unpainted panels
all smarts are this way (some more noticable than others?)
My personal opinion is that is is related to the attachment points on the inside of the panel (reinforcement?)

Its on all of them. Mine has it even on the tail gate panel. Something in the molding process. Normal

I first noticed it when I was at the factory, I am sure it must be part of the molding process, but I failed to ask about it while I was there. It would be interesting to see what it is that causes this. May be more noticable on certain colors, as I cannot really see it in my grey metallic car.
