Door panel removal

Any links or tips on removing the colored body panels from the doors? I want to spray some Lizardskin soundproofing there to quiet down the buzz a bit. I recall a link posted here but can't find it now.

Thanks for the informative website. Alas, I cracked my front fender tonight when I was pulling into my garage!, so this will be helpful. BTW, I should be able to buy just the fender and not be required to purchase the whole panel kit right???? . Bedford should have those by now right? Thanks Russ

You hear a buzz? Where is this buzz coming from?
