I think there's a 36 month option at around $395 (basically a one year extension of the factory warranty.) As has been pointed out many times, these really aren't warranties, but service contracts.
The warranty advertised above is NOT the factory sponsored extended warranty. Its a third party one sold by someone other than your smart dealer.
You can find information about the "official" smart USA extended warranted here smart warranty pricing
Every warranty has different policies. You need to read each and decide what is best under your circumstances.
Don't have one, but best I can make out is these extended warranties are sold by smart but administered by another company and may not cover all areas/failures covered in the original 24 month factory warranty.
If you plan on keeping after the 2 yr warranty is out, and warranty is important to you, then either get one with the financing, or you can get therm elsewhere I am sure. It beats paying for a car payment AND a new engine.
