Finally found a Smart shirt I like!

I finally found a Smart shirt I like. After extensive searching I looked and looked and found a few various types of embroidered golf shirts. One was awesome with a VERY realistic looking car BUT it was a 450. Our local club did a great job of making up one but its an outline of a 451 - a tad bland for the price but still an awesome effort I applaud , BUT I like to stand out so I wanted a detailed car that people can match the owner with the car.

This sampling isn't the final product but the person that I got to make me up a 451 sent this to me as a sample, there will be a few subtle changes - mirror the correct silver etc. Skirts are intentionally body color as my car was the model. My actual shirt will be a different colored car, countdown begins on my paint job. She also has a VERY detailed side view she can do up if you don't like the front 1/4 shot.

I can't tell you how much of a quality shirt it is yet as I don't have one but I figured I'd pass it on that there IS someone out there making the 451 golf shirts. She's reasonably priced and she also is putting the club name on it for me as well - UNDER $30 shipped. If it's a quality shirt I'll feel that I've found a deal, especially if I buy in bulk I can save quite a bit on shipping as the lady who is sewing these up is a real stand up person who is also a microcar enthusiast. That looks really nice. Do they come in any other color than red? My Herb is blue with a silver bar.

Yeah, she'll be doing mine up in my NEXT color - only 2-3 more weeks of red then it'll be a NEW color!

Here's a sampling of what I am REALLY getting actually sewn up. She'll be putting these up on her store in eBay soon. Her eBay ID is margied27 with a 100% feedback rating AND she said she was a microcar owner. Right now she has some AWESOME detailed 450 shirts but they aren't 451 so I asked if she'd make up some 451's. I've been working with her for a little over a week and she's almost done.

She also agreed to put on my club lettering in a circle around the car. Just a hint for you guys. Now everyone will know which car is yours - they can at least match you with the car. As I said before, this will be matching my car.....

GOT MY SHIRTS!

Didn't want to put too much info out there until I was 100% sure this vendor was good. Well, she's GREAT! Each shirt was well under $30 each and she added our club name, the official shirt were almost $10 more each too ($10 is my snapping point generally). This is an "unofficial" club shirt as the club already had some made up but they were silhouettes and I find it hard to tell who owns what car as my memory is squat - I also don't like to go with the flow a lot of times so this helps me swim away from the school a bit . With this shirt you can identify the car with the owner (EXCEPT for those DARN BUMBLEBEES EVERYONE HAS!! but at least you can narrow them down).

This is just an option from some of the other vendors out there. Make sure you tell her you want a 451 and NOT a 450. Hope it helps out someone.
