Finding Your Dealer

Some forum members have been wondering what dealership they will be assigned to, especially when there are different ones at similar distances. This may work:

Go to your closest dealer smart website, e.g. smartcenterAlpha.com. Go to “New,” then “Test Drive.” On the test drive screen click “>Test Drive.” If the Test Drive Request form is pre-loaded with your original reservation information you’ll know that smart center Alpha has you. If the form is blank or doesn’t come up, try smartcenterBravo.com, and so forth. Likely you will have to use the same computer (computer IPA) that you used for your reservation.

My information was obviously loaded by IB/smartUSA because it contains an alternate contact phone number that I gave to them when I was traveling away from home and computer.

Cool! thanks fish.

The sanantonio dealership is open and there are three bogies on the ground but watching them is frustrating. I'm sure the website will be open a few weeks after it is supposed to be.

Good info fish. One glitch is that for those of us taking delivery from an "alternate" dealer (our Columbus dealer won't be open until late Feb) the delivering dealer (Louisville in our case) does not have our info loaded. But I signed up for a test drive anyway.
