It focuses on European smarts and clubs, but it mentions the US as well. And it's quite flattering, which is a first for the Times as far as I know.

I like that they were two roadsters there. It is nice to see a positive article on the Smart.

I think it would be smart for Smart to make the roadster again. It is sporty and economical at the same time.

There is a semi flattering article in the Popular Mechanics November 2009 issue. The reviewer thinks it would be a great city only vehicle but does not recommend it for anything over 55 mph. I sent them an e-mail about how that part of the review was not accurate.There were other parts I disagreed with.

Those Hungarians very "smart" people, and that does not have anything to do with the fact that I am Hungarian.
