The 450 has a foglight on the back of the car !
Driving in Toule fog I have always (in the past) worried more about someone behind not seeing me.

That's amazing! No Wonder I've seen 8 showroom cars, all with the comfort package and none with instrument pods.

I tried so many combinations when I configured that the optional pods were chosen prior to selecting the comfort package, and that worked.

Ho wired that they haven't fixed this yet.

No this applies to both ends sorry to say. What you would see on a WRC rally car are driving lights, high beam supplements. Fly in or drive into a cloud makes no difference lights will not help you see better. Yes there are some wonderful stories out there. Lots of old wives tales are exciting, at my age some... lets not go there

Now that you mention it, most cars I have seen dont have those two options, frankly I think most people didnt even remember that they were available. When I configured, I remembered to do what was mentioned on this forum. Thank God for you guys, you saved me alot of money!

This morning, I called smartusa to request the 'lost' options that I had configured but were deselected due to the glitch, at the price they would have been at the time of configuration. I don't like the idea of mechanics ripping apart my new car, though, to do even minor surgery. You never know when a screw head will be marred, or a rattle might develop, due to these things. The fewer hands, the better.

Smartusa called me back today, and told me that they would NOT provide the missing accessories at the prices I would have paid if their @#$% website had been working properly. They said that I had a chance to review the configured car. I will pursue the matter further, since I did call shortly after configuring when I noticed that the options were missing. Grrrrrrrrrrr.

Wow, this is quite expensive. I thought you only replace one of the switch?
