Don't get it. It's a scam. You've been warned.

Let's be realistic here...it doubles your horsepower while saving you gas and cuts down on your carbon monoxide emissions by up to 40%. Sometimes it's good to Google these chips before even considering them.

What a great question! Its still a scam, and I sure can't imagine a reasonable explanation for SCOA to accept their advertising money.

SCOA doesn't handle the advertising. AutoGuide accepts advertisers and gets paid by advertisers. Look at the bottom of almost all pages.

AutoGuide doesn't give a crap about who they're advertising as long as they pay up. There used to be a Ford banner stuck on the top of my screen for the longest time.

Now since I've been surfing Smart Madness and other smart modding sites I'm getting banners relevant to smart modding up top.

Banzijack - you haven't been here long enough, but about a year ago some guy joined the forum giving away these things called the "Adhoc Voltaggio" that promised that you'll get a little more power and fuel economy because it "stabilizes" your electrical system. I took the bait (hey, it was free, why not???) and had him give me one. It looked AWESOME on top my Kia's dashboard (reminded me of the digital speedometer from Back to the Future) and it saved me when the alternator belt was going and then snapped (the digital readout read the voltage coming out the cig lighter), but otherwise it was nothing more than snake oil.

I still have it too, I want to turn that digital readout into a digital speedometer for my smart...but alas, that's just not my area of expertise...

Thanks, I've never paid attention to who does what on the advertising aspect of the SCOA forum, because, frankly Scarlett.... Anyway, that explains things.
