Has there been an exact # on gas mileage provided by Smart?

From the UK we have reports that range from, a lead boot peddle to the metal 22. mpg-28 mpg on the very low end. The mid range 37-42 mid range to 48-56 for those who pay attention to how they drive. These are for the new 451

These are the numbers under the new, much stiffer, 2008 EPA standards. Under the old 2007 rules, the numbers are 40 city, 45 highway.

If you're looking at the mileage numbers for other cars, make sure to compare apples to apples.
