glow in the dark Smart?

I was looking for a site that a person had variations of the Smart Fortwo (as a truck, tank, attack helicopter) and came across this photo. It looks like a 'glow in the dark' Smart Fortw.

If we had someone with the knowhow to melt and mold plastic, I guess this is where you would start.

Those cars are available at smart Center Chernobyl. And there's no waiting list!
