I actually think they're pulling names out of a hat. If there's a logical pattern to this process, I fail to see it.

Maybe something to do with dealer allocation. My dealer is a very high volume MB dealer and my number has come up earlier than many for its timing ( 1340 and got the notification this past Thursday)
