$300.00 that really high. Our 2007 Honda Fit, 21,000 miles been in the Honda dealer, for service oil & tire rotation, 3 times. They check brakes fluids, complete go though etc. Last time for cabin filter, air filter, and air new filter. Total for all 3 services was less then $170.00. Do have a list of what was done on the little Smart car. Also does your wife know you love that car more then her

I may love the smart but am totally besotted with the mother of my children.
You can always buy more stuff. I could never replace the woman who has been at my side, occasionally pulling me along my entire "adult" life

I LOVE my little Dory. Have had her 2 months tomorrow and she's already got 5000 miles on her. She rides pretty darn smooth now that she's all "broke in". Everybody in our small town recognizes Dory. The bagger at the grocery store who helped me load groceries said, "So you own this car! I've seen this little car all over town!!"

We've had only one problem -- while zipping up Interstate 35 the car started hesitating and jerking, then losing power. I called the Smart Center and they said come on if you can. If not, they'd send a tow truck. I managed to make it to the Smart Center and they immediately checked the car. They told me they wanted it over night so they offered to take me home and I declined to put anyone out that much (it's a 70 mile drive). Instead, they loaned me a car. I went back the next day to pick Dory up and they said they'd found fouled plugs (probably not tightened during manufacturing).

So even though I had a problem, I couldn't have asked for better treatment from the Round Rock guys.
