Guess Who Has the Best EPA-estimated Fuel Ratings?

yes i thought i would have been the smart fortwo. but no i whent to the Toyota Yaris, which was named "Most Efficient Subcompact Car" by the EPA.

Not to fret; the Yaris was rated most efficient "Subcompact." EPA classifies the smart as a "Two Seater." Different league.

I'm not surprised about that, but what does surprise me is that ESC is not available and side airbags not standard. Would be nice to see the Smart on this list:

The title if this thread is quite deceiving. As stated the smart is not a subcompact and is rated to get better gas mileage than the Yaris. A quick trip to http://www.toyota.com/yaris/specs.html confirms that.
