Yeah.....Get to be 62 years old, stay in the first house you bought for your entire life, marry your best friend, whom you've known since your were five years old....get VERY, VERY LUCKY raising your two children and let them be VERY, VERY lucky raising theirs, and, more than anything, DON'T SPEND MONEY YOU DO NOT HAVE!!!!!!. It really isn't that hard.
Okay, my happy post: my first (as so far, only) private saxophone student passed his audition for his H.S. jazz band. Yeah!
I've read all the posts, and this is the Best one because it's about someone else's accomplishment making our Smart Enthusiast's day!

I have my relatively good physical health.
Roof over my head.
Food in the oven. {Soon to be on the table... new recipe!}
Electricity.
Air Conditioning.
Television.
Toilet Paper.
Computers.
Friends. {Four legged fuzzy as well as 2 legged kinds.}
And last but not least ... The Significant Other Man Person. {We're about 7 1/2 years strong now.}
Just a few things I'm happy about and grateful for today.
I won't officially be able to join this thread till Jan. 2009 when I get my own smart like most of the rest of you happy people. (That's according to that wonderful smart tool the infamous "DDE") See you then.
