It use to be that, in Switzerland, one would exchange commercial wrapping for the car's maintenance. No more: it lost its appeal when too many smarts were around...

Since the Fortwo is still rare in the USA, it might be worth it. It would depend on the company being advertised and how much they would pay for the advertisement.
