Thanks sisyphus. Just an update here from me. I called 1 800 Smart USA to change my configuration and they told me to change your configuration you need to email them with the following statement in the body of your email:
"I authorize Smart USA to make the following changes to my configuration"
Then I guess you just list your changes. I did this, but haven't heard anything back yet. Hopefully they get back to me letting me know what delays this will cause. You can use the "contact us" email on the smartusa website to send your email or you can email to
