Use them more than I thought, love em and can't live without them. Plus the heated seats in this car rock. Far better than my 300 and just as good as my 3 series BMW.

Heated seats are a must if you have leather seats. Get heated seats you'll love them.

I live in Los Angeles and ordered both the comfort package and the alarm. Not only do I like the befefits of a warm seat on cooler mornings and evenings plus the security and insurance discounts of a factory alarm, but also I'd rather have buttons on my dash that work instead of plastic "blanks" where a functioning button should be. I'm just goofy that way.

I'm in Phoenix. I love the heated seats too! It gets darn chilly in the AM. I did get the alarm, but we're too close to the border for LoJack. We've had dealers talk us out of that for years. By the time the police have located the car...it's in Mexico.

I'm in Texas. My current automobile has heated seats. It's not that I need them often but when I do they are GREAT to have. I ordered my smart with the heated seats.

I'm also in Texas and my smart has heated seats but I didn't order them. Lately I only get to drive my smart after I get my wife to bring it back. By then the driver seat is toasty warm.

We got 45 degrees here in Florida this morning and you bet I'm going to turn mine on. Suggestion...get the $895 package unless you don't care for leather.
