That is the second time that the Fortwo was mentioned in the Blondie cartoon. The previous one was about the two teenage boys arguing about who had the better gas mileage and one mentions the Smart Fortwo. With Dagwood being so skinny, he could probably fit in the space behind the seats.

What a treat this morning to read the funnies, and find Herb got a smart, and Dagwood and the car poolers have to deal with the 'legroom.'
