With all these great posts, I think I might do the drive from Orange County to Phoenix in the smart instead of the Prius.

When I went to the National Stearman Fly-in after Labor Day the choice was the Z06 or the smart. Took the smart!

My only problem so far driving Portland, OR to Vegas to Bizbee, AZ to San Angelo, TX was hitting a dead animal. I don't think there's any body damage. The tires I'm worried about: I now have quills stuck in the tires. Will I have pressure in the morning?

The ride's been fine for these 4 days of travel so far.

Dayum, John, did you hit a dead porcupine? Sounds like a job for Ultraseal. I hope you don't have too much trouble due to those quills!
