I took photo of this and did not know it was a smart car until some coworkers mentioned it to me. i thought it was cute and cool looking. It was at Hot Import Night car show in DC.

Looks like a pretty stock 450 model to me. Just another one that someone replaced the chicken-head emblem on the front with a Mercedes badge. That is the stock grille and the G&K converted headlights for DOT requirements. Only upgrade that I see in this picture beyond the badge is speakers mounted in the padding on the A pillars.

Yes, twister blue grey was an optional interior color. The picture posted is not clear enough to tell if it is stock fabric or not, but it appears to be "bluer" than the twister blue fabric.
