How to bring my Smart home?

I am an 1173 and am awaiting for my phone call. I live almost 300 miles from my dealer in the snowy north. I should be getting my Smart in the next couple weeks and am looking for suggestions on getting it home. I do not want to drive it for 5 hours on snow covered highways for my first ride. I am looking for suggestions on what type of trailer to rent or other suggestions on getting it home. Does anyone have a recommendation for a specific model/type of a rental trailer for my Smart? Dan,
I see from your profile that you have a tow vehicle (H3), so I would recommend a U-Haul car trailer. I used one from NC to MI and they tow great - aluminum double axle w/ramp. No sweat.

I live about 5 miles from smart center Bloomfield and would be happy to help with arrangement, loading, etc. and would be offended ;) if you did not contact me when you come down state for delivery. I'm also an 1173 and am expecting my new ride soon.
