By "coming home lights" do you mean turning on the lights in your home when you approach? The home-link system of remotes and accessories should give you the opportunity to turn your home lights on with the push of a button from inside your car.

I think he means the coming home light feature of the autolight function. Found this in another thread:

Quote:
The tech manual also states on page 101 that the "Coming-Home function" is only a component of the autolight function. "The function is a component of the Autolight Function. When the vehicle is locked or unlocked, the driving lights are switched on for 12 seconds. The function is also activated by the rain sensor/light sensor; the position of the combination switch is immateral. The Coming-Home function can only be deactivated by coding in the workshop."
Have to have the autolight function; sounds like the coming home feature is activated by default from the last sentence above.

Do you have the autolight feature on your smart? If so, it appears (not positive as our car does not have autolights) the coming home lights should be active.

You MUST have the autolight feature (big hockey puck on windshield). IF you have this, then you already have the "coming home" lights, if not, then you are out of luck
