I'm a member of the Minnesmarta chapter. I was told be a fellow member that owned his since January that it performed well in the snowy conditions. He said that snow tires weren't needed. I also asked the lead technician that they do well in the snow and he could not do donuts cause of the ESC.
Otherwise, I have heard some people are considering getting cheap steel rims and snow tires so they can swap out the wheel's every season change. I would do that but I don't got 1K lying around.

We'll see how it works. My biggest concern is getting up my driveway, if my Smart can do that its ready for anything. (Its a big hill)
