i have a reservation, when will i get called?

I put in a reservation in july, any idea what will happen next?

My reservation was in June. Most likely we will get calls from dealers before we get emails.

Well, you are down on the waiting list but hope is not lost. There are a lot of factors that play into availability. It's too much to list . Nick, you'll need to read more here if you haven't already. Bottom line, if you want exactly what you ordered you'll prolly be waiting till next summer or so. If you allow some flexibility on your desires and stay in close touch with your dealer you may get a line on one much sooner if some one defaults or withdraws on their order. Lots of great info here...read.

I am totally flexible on what i get, a base car is cool as is a passion...just want to get it to commute with, my VW is getting long in the tooth..(i hope it lasts till i get the Smart)

One way to get some sense of where you are on the list is the last four digits of your reservation number. Mine is 1307, from mid july.
