Okay, you've got your new smart.

For you it's either "just a car," or it's already got it's own spot next to the family dog (or cat). Let's hear from the obsessive-and-proud-of-it types.

So... confess! It's good for the soul. How much do YOU love YOUR smart? What are the limits of your craziness?

A three-hour weekly wash job in Pellegrino water? Is a Q-Tip your new detailing tool of choice? Have you spent $5,000 in accessories already? Have you redecorated your house to match your panel color-du-jour? Did you get your first smart tattoo? Do you now date only fellow smartians?

I've been wondering what tattoo to get. That would be a great idea! Maybe I can get it on a bicep and flex to make it move like this:

I love mine so much that I washed and detailed the heck out of it.....within five days of ownership.

Oh, and I bought a rather high number of accessories too

I love my Smart so much....

that i am blowing through whatever gas savings I'm getting by finding any excuse to drive it somewhere. I have found myself trying to think up something I need at the store so I can run out and drive!

LOL...at my old house I used to have a garage painted in bright yellow to match my Liquid Yellow MINI. My new house the outside is yellow but I don't think I'll go all out this time to paint the garage yellow to match my smart. Things I've done so far:

Created a birth certificate with the dealership's name, the sales lady who helped me with my smart, my friends that were there when I took delivery (witnesses), and of course pictures of my smart on the birth certificate.
I've made a couple canvas prints of my smart one in my office and the other at the dealership to show off my baby. I also wrote a book about my smart from the reservation process to delivery.

As for dating only fellow smartians, HELL YEAH!!! So any single gals with a smart feel free to pm me

I saw your book. It was so cute!! They keep a copy on display by the receptionist desk. Now I'll have to see if I can make a canvas painting of my lil Blue Belle. ;)

I found that taking pictures of my smart in any downtown setting with old brick buildings work the best. It really makes the car stand out.

My husband thinks I love it more than him!

I refer to it as he/him or his name which is Einstein!

I already had my tattoo before I picked him up. It's the emblem on my left wrist! (& I have more smart tattoos planned!)

I kiss him good night!

I won't let my husband drive!

I posted a picture in my gallery! I plan on getting the actual car on me also, I just haven't decided where!
