That combo certainly look nice; any black car looks really great in the showroom or at auto shows. Owning one, however, seems to be a recipe for constant cleaning and detailing. Really like the way they look, wouldn't want to own one.

I have a black car currently, and it looks amazing when it is all spiffed up; however I am too lazy to keep it that way.

I think black cars look great, but for visibility in my smart, I will be configuring in red/silver/red (most likely** ask me again next week when I will have changed my mind!)

My config is all black with red interior. So I obviously agree with you. My Mercedes is all silver with red interior and I really like it.

Black and red here. I like it better than I thought I would. It's an orphan I planned to change to yellow, but now I'm not so sure I will. Window tint cut off the vivid red visible through the greenhouse but now its a pleasant surprise to open it up and see what's inside.

I said I'd never buy another black car. But it cleans up so fast that the dirt is not near the issue it is on some much larger cars.

I've got black/silver and think it looks pretty spiffy, a classic most would say. Its my first black car and yes! it does get very dirty quick. But a microfiber cloth wiping away the dust every couple days does the trick for me on keeping it shiny and new. I went for the comfort package, I think out of all the interior I've seen its most pleasing on my eyes. I don't like the pattern on the seats that comes with the other choices.

When I went test drive one in MA -
I saw a crystal one with red interior - and it melted my heart.
and this is exactly what my cabrio is - now if it could be here already, any day now!

Black with red interior is cool but right now the White seems to be the new trend in my area.

I cancelled my Black with red interior for a crystal white. I was supposed to get a Black with red int next week, but i've decided to wait 5 extra weeks for the white.

Some people find the white a little gay/girly, but white isn't girly lol. White is actually very chicks magnet.

I also like the black-red config, but the reason i don't want any black car in my garage is because i try to avoid the dark-marillyn manson-goth-metallica-badass-creepy thing.
Especially with the red interior, such config reminds me erotic stuff like PVC costume ( catwoman with her red lips ). It also reminds me of darth vader and his red saber...
I mean if you're into that devil mood right now... sure go ahead.

Right now i'm more feeling the oposite way.. purity, divinity, sky, heaven , the stars.
Waltdisney beetle, Gandalf in LOTR, luke skywalker, R2D2, So yea, i choose to stay on the good side of the force, so i went for crystal white.

Well yes...I'm surprised that Smart offers any other color combination. Are you related to Henry Ford by any chance?

But, I got all black, I mean ALL black.

I am going with the Yellow/black with black fabric interior.

I figure this car looks like a toy anyway, so why not go for the look that will stand out the most and look fun.

I am going to look into getting the seats re-apholstered yellow...I have no idea what that will cost but at least there isn't a back seat to worry about.
