Stop right there, this is not why I bought my smart.

I see you have a pure, which probably explains that sentiment.

BUT BUT BUT your car DOES have a clutch. I think you want a CLUTCH PEDAL. That way you have that feeling of control instead of the computer pressing the non-existent clutch pedal for you.

The factory alarm will provide the audio feedback you speak of.

Automatic lights? You mean to turn off parking lights? To be on when they're needed? Not sure what you mean.

A quicker transmission (better shift program)
A panoramic roof that's light and won't craze or lift.

It is a safety feature, or part of one.
The upright seating position allowed by the tall cabin positions the occupants to be better restrained by the airbags, and precludes their sliding under the lap belts in a frontal impact. Secondarily, it provides a bit of clearance so that the roof part of the safety cell can deform inwards (as in a rollover) and still keep the occupants away from whatever crushed it in.

I want an in-dash live weather radar.

Oh, wait, I have internet and a notebook. Almost as good. But, the original thought would be too cool.
