I'm depressed - had to orphan my Pure

Well, I placed my reservation in May, configured in September and my car arrived last week. A very fast turn around. Unfortunately, no purchase for me. Wife said no way to four cars for two drivers. And my 08 Pontiac G6 is not worth what I owe on it - a trade is out of the question. So, I had to send the Pure to the orphanage.

I'm REALLY disappointed but at least the Dealer was upbeat about it. Since I configured the car well, he said he sould not have any problem selling it.

Someone else will hopefully be enjoying my car very shortly.

Aw, bummer. Shame on the wife. Men need their toys. We have 2 motorcycles, one truck, one Fiero, one Mercedes, one Ford Crown Victoria, and one Smart -- for 2 people.

Seems like she should have said something BEFORE you configured and had it built. I love her to pieces but I could see my wife saying something like that. Me-"WOOO HOO! Where do I sign?" Her- "Um, honey. I dont think we should... We have 3 cars already..." Me- "Wait a minuet... Your binging this up NOW?! Why didnt bring this up 9MONTHS AGO?!" Her-"Well, I didnt want to upset you..."

Good lord. Yea, take one of her gifts back...
