I don't envy anyone without some sort of obsession. I have several, and they make life worth living.

I agree with you there. I'm not a big shopper, but I collect tikis, so it's a total rush when I find one while out and about. Of course, one other obsession is my Smart.

Problem with many women (I'm not picking on Pete's wife here, I've known MANY like this) is that they make their husbands give up their obsessions/toys when they get married. Eric got his second motorcycle when the fellow's wife made him sell it. We drove to Tennessee to pick it up. I thought the poor guy was going to cry. Talking about a slow-building resentment. I saw that in his eyes as we drove away.

I think we ALL deserve our obsessions, as long as there is room and money to support them.

I think everyone should have their "toys", as long as they're legal...

I'm REALLY disappointed but at least the Dealer was upbeat about it. Since I configured the car well, he said he sould not have any problem selling it.

Someone else will hopefully be enjoying my car very shortly.
I probably will be doing the same with mine when it comes in, so I feel your pain.

Judging from all the reports of orphans stacking up at various dealers, you're not alone. Still on the fence about our 09, due in late January. Don't really need the new one and the market for our 08 is not that great it seems.
