I went to my dealer today for the "2 hour repair". I called last Wednesday to make sure the part was there and told them I would come in this morning. After 2 hours, I was informed that they did not have the right rear panel in stock afterall. Service at this particular dealer really leaves a lot to be desired. Several Benz owners were having problems with them today also.
My state farm agent drives a Smart, in fact I test drove hers before I drove to Louisville to place my order for mine. I will check with her before I insure my smart when I get it in March. Thanks for the info.
