This'll be our second trip to Florida with "The Blade."
Last time, 2004-05, was great, UK to Jacksonville FL shipping, US Customs & insurance (with AIG) no problem, but this time insurance proving difficult.
It
might be possible to register the car in FL temporarily (it's entering the USA as a temporary import, so may stay only 12 months max) we're only in Key Largo for 6 months, it could take most of that.
As for driver license, my Florida license has expired & is not renewable because of post-9/11 laws so am obliged to use my UK licence.
