I received a survey from J.D. Power And Associates, a questionnaire.
The survey was based on my new Smart Car purchase. I gave this little car FIVE STARS overall. Did any of you, receive this questionnaire? If so, what rating did you give?

Reason: another error in spelling
JD Powers tends to do a continuous series of these survey's over time. I have recieved and responded to three of them in the 13 months I have owned my smart.
I have always given favorable but honest responses to the survey questions.
I ABSOLUTELY R E F U S E to do these surveys. If I have something I want to say about my (two) SMARTS, I write the company, or e-mail the sales person from whom I bought them. I insisted that the dealer from which I bought my first SMART make sure I did not get any more of these surveys. It's a nuisance and simply makes me furious.

I did not even get one....and I am disappointed about it......send me yours then....
I'd like to get one. I have some objective things to say, but am very happy overall.
Mary... did you ever get a good citizenship/honor roll award when you were in school? That's what we are talking about here... this isn't a 3rd party company wheezing out paper spam to people for their own health, and opinions to them do count...
