who else got chosen to fill one of these out? i just got one in the mail quite unexpectantly yesterday.

it was the first time i've actually sat down and attempted to look at the smart objectively, as i'm pretty clouded by my undying love for it. it's very telling that the shifting, road noise at high speed, and placement of the passenger airbag warning light (super distracting at night to me) are the only things i can find wrong with it after 3500 miles.

there are some catagories in which i thought "truly outstanding" just wasn't high enough. it's hard to quantify how happy the car makes me on a scale of 1-10.

i never trust these things because lots of time after a person plops down big $ for a car they don't want to admit it's short comings.

I got one yesterday and filled it out. I was probably a little harsher than you in evaluating it as there are a few things I really don't like, but overall gave it a good review. The blind spots when changing lanes and the stiff suspension, an early check engine light and the shifting have all kept me from being totaly happy with it. I think I was on the lower end of outstanding (around 8) on most of the questions.

Got one filled it out truthfully. The smart did quite well I must say.

re: the dollar, isn't that the crispest dollar you've ever seen?

re: the suspension. i love the stiff suspension, but i'm used to driving modified cars with sports suspension. i love being able to feel the road and fly around corners with no body roll.

i wonder if pretty much everyone who bought one is going to get teh survey since there are so few on the road?
