Just brought our orphan home!

Hi:

I've been lurking here for about a year waiting for my order to come in. The time was right to do the deal and we brought home a white/silver '09 cabriolet.

First impressions:

The transmission is much smoother than the '08 demo we drove at the dealer.

It seems bigger on the inside than the outside. It must warp space time!

I love the cabriolet. The top works easily and there isn't a lot of wind buffeting with the top down.

I keep reaching for the key on the dash!

Had lunch at "Sea Critter's" one of our favorite on the water lunch spots on St. Pete Beach.

The weather is just about perfect now in Florida. Don't fret, in a month or two it'll be in the 90's--we'll have the top closed and AC blasting.

Yep - a few miles north of you. This past week has be fabulous! Eighty degree days, sixty degree nights. . . but we all know that'll change soon.

When I drive my other car now, I try to put the key into the center console! Guess you know what I drive most often, hey?
