Yes, it's old news. I got a similar letter telling me car was due within a short time. The truth of the matter.....my car has been sitting at the dock in Baltimore since December 13th. I still have no good idea as to when my dealer will receive vehicles and start to sell. BTW, I'm an 1173.

I feel bad for you New Yorker's and your cars stuck on the docks in Baltimore. Hopefully the wonderful people in Albany will get their *** together and allow your dealers to deliver.

Just be glad you're not getting your car in New Jersey and paying that outrageous doc fee.

I received it as well (note my reservation number). As with the newsletters, smart USA is sending them out in chunks - my guess to everyone who has a reservation, or at least those who reserved earlier than some date or other.

I didn't reserve 'till late Dec. (1457) and I got the same email around Jan.8th
(Elvis Day).

I haven't been contacted by O'Brien, I stopped by smart center Seattle on 01/09. I was trying to reconcile the conflicting information I'd found on this forum. It was too soon to learn anything about delivery schedules. I found nice people, a beautiful facility, but no cars and no list.
