Knock in the (steering) wheel

When I start my car I notice what seems to be a surge in the power steering and a knock that seems to be coming from the steering shaft? What's the deal the car has only 150 miles on it.

Anti-lock brakes self check first thing after the car starts.

Ah, the steering wheel. Don't have power steering but maybe this will help: Front-End Clunk

Can you describe the issue in greater detail? When exactly do you notice the knock? Is the car stopped or moving? Does it happen every single time, or only occasionally?

Concur... it doesn't sound healthy to me. Let the dealer figure it out.
