Well folks this time next Sat the 2nd of May there will be 99 smart cars enjoying the afternoon and evening at Old Town in Kissimmee, FL.

This is your last chance to sign up and join us for this great event. Just e-mail kwagar@tampabay.rr.com and I will send you all of the details.

Currently 99 smart cars registered including the Belle Isle Florida Police Smart Car.

Breathless Performance Products, Smart Car Customs, Billet and Acrylic and Supiorior Dash will be there selling and installing all of their parts. This includes exausts, cruise control, billet parts, and much much more.

There will be at least 8 $100 cash door prizes as well as drawings for a set of Aluminum Bumpers from Smart Car Customs with a value of $395, an Armrest from 451 series.com worth $199 and two hatch handles from 451 series.com each with a value of $52. You will have at least a 1 in 10 chance of winning a significant door prize.

There will be live 50s and 60s bands playing at 7:00PM and of course the Cruise of Old Town with our 99 smarts and some 200 to 300 street rods, customs and Classics at 8:30 on the streets of Old Town.

Congrats, sounds like a great event. But I still have a bit of jealousy when you can start an event and a few weeks later you have 100 cars RSVP'd.

I actually worked this pretty hard for about 8 weeks. These things don't come together easily as you know.

It sounds to me like your midwest get together in the Dells is going to be outstanding. Sure wish there was a way for me to get there for it.
