You could order and wait about 6-10 months, or use the smartexpress where they find one to match your specs at the dock before they are shipped to a dealer and get it in a couple of weeks. Or just pick a car off the lot that you like, If they don't have the color you want, them ask to have it changed
The days of long wait ordering are over. The Dealers are well stocked with orphans, and, as Forest points out, if you want to get picky go with express.

If you are specific about your wants, talk to your specific dealer. There may still be a difference in wait for each dealer like there was in the early days. While its reasonable to assume that the economy won't be bullish by then and gas may still be below $3.50 a gallon, we can't predict what the demand is going to be.
