'PERSONALLY', i would do the black leather over the red on a BLUE Passion.

in case you haven't seen the red, it's more ORANGE than red. especially the painted plastic areas.

'red' looks good with black, silver and white, but NOT blue or even 'red'.

IMO

I've opted for black even though I like the tan best. The seats seem very well designed. I'm a runner and I also live in California. The material on the insert of the seatback is not leather which is great for hot weather; but it is often difficult to find heated seats without them being fully leather. Having had the heated seats, I really appreciate them for the slight hypothermia I get after long runs. Leather is also easier to keep clean than cloth and the red will fade over time.

I have a black/silver car coming with leather interior but after seeing one with red interior I almost wanted to re-order but I think in the long run I will be happier with leather...

leather

Thanks for all the responses.
Even though I loved the colored interior of the red (orange) selection, I chose the Leather for a classier look. I figure if interior looks too drab, i can always just paint the plastic trim pieces whatever color I choose. plus getting a New car with panoramic roof and leather seats for under 15 is pretty impressive

Go with the red. We orginally wanted the black leather, but once my wife saw the red interior she loved it. The red door panels, seats and dash trim really look great w/ the blue/silver exterior. I also wouldn't bother w/ the power steering since the car is very light and rear engined. My wife never even noticed that the car didn't have power steering.
