Leather seats

I haven't been able to filter out the answer to this. If I get the comfort package (want leather seats) then will it mean that the interior will be all black. I want a blue passion, silver tridion and grey interior.

I went through the same thing. I wanted beige leather interior (as I remember). Only black seemed to be available with the package.

I ordered the comfort package and as far as I know, only black leather is available now.

With leather, you can have your interior in any color you want. As long as you want black. (Boy, in 80 years we've gone from Henry Ford to swapping out panels because we want to change the colors. Where will we be another 80 years from now?)

This really sucks! I thought maybe my mind wasn't working right. Everytime I went to configure my smart, I kept getting the info box about not being compatible. So the color coordinators in France think that black seats only go with a black interior. I thought the red and black interior looked awesome but I want leather seats, power steering, etc. My wife is not hot about a black interior.

When I bought my Hummer H2 in 2002, it was the first year, and there was only one color available for the entire inside, as that is the way manufacturers get you to come back a couple of years later and order the same car, only now there are more options. You can thank the marketing people for the stupid behavior of manufacturers.

I wanted a red leather interior with my silver. But you can only get leather in black. In retrospect, I should have gotten the red cloth. Maybe I'll see if I can't get in line again....

I know for a while several of the people in our MINI group were getting custom leather upholstery for their cars. The custom work costs about the same as the factory leather offered, and the quality of the leather as well as the style and colors made it an obvious choice.

It seems like you could order the interior color you want and just have the seats restitched any way you want. Something to think about.
