I want you to know how anrgy and betrayed I feel about PAG- not my ASSIGNED dealer who I always knew was slime.
You promised at PAG when I made my reservation that YOU at PAG would hold your dealers to list price- PERIOD.
Now we are being hit with bogus fees from our dealers in the 500-800 dollars range which both we and YOU know is pure exploitation of your TEMPORARY shortage of cars.
You can immediately put a stop to this if you wish to- I know business and a simple message to dealers telling them that this sleazy practice threatens their allocations and this rip off would disappear tomorrow.
As of now you haven't choosen to do this- my ASSIGNED dealer for instance is demanding a bogus $590 fee (Catena- NJ) which I will not pay. At present I cannot change dealers and he will not deliver my car if I do not pay the fee. I am an 1189 reservation holder, have confirmed and expect my car quite soon but unless you put a stop to this slimy practice I will walk away from my car. WHICH OF CAUSE WOULD DELIGHT MY DEALER SINCE THEY ARE MUCH HAPPIER SELLING TO WALKINS.
You need the USA market- Smart- to survive as a company and is it really worth it to you to start on this footing with your customers- breaking your very first promise?
