when michael landon was a guest on the tonight show, johnny asked how he keeps looking so young.

michael said, he does general exercises, some even for his face and voice.

michael said one exercise, is to raise the chin, look up, and in a full projecting voice, slowly spell, 'i met'.

so, he urges johnny, "go ahead, try it. put your chin up. look up. good. now, in a slow, full projecting tone, spell 'i met'. go ahead, spell 'i met' ".

johnny lifts his chin. looks up, and in a full projecting tone, slowly spells,

' i _ m _ e _ t '.

Hmmm. Since I reserved a red smartie, and they seem to be tomato soup red/orange, maybe I should get a plate that reads...
TMATER
Whatcha think? ;)

Smart Iq

On hold with the DMV in California "SMART IQ" on plain white plates for my yellow/black/leather passion. Hoping to hear from MB of Beverly Hills in November. Can't do seven characters on the "arts plate" in my avatar. Drat!

Paradigm Shift

(Thought I'd better bring this over from the other thread lest I become known as a hijacker.)

OK, so our cars DO represent a paradigm shift as SmartShanna has correctly pointed out. But "PARADIGM" is too long as most states only give you 7 characters with which to work. The two from the other thread so far:

2 DIGM

2-10c

How about:

10c - 10c

or

DIME X2

Since the smart is low carbon footprint, why not LOWCO2 OR LOCARB?

I tried LOW CO2 and every variant for my Prius--they were all snapped up!
