Long Distance drive in smart

I just drove 800 Miles in one day in my 09 red and black cabriolet and it did very well and was very comfortable for that long of a period. I went from Jackson ms to Cocoa Beach fl to get a wrap on the car panels. This is a great place to get a wrap for the smart car called MadWrappers. Just thought I should say this and give them a recomendation. Go to madwrappers.com or google it. Also i can't figure out how to put a picture on here i have a pic of it as my profile pic but i can't put one on here. I have a mac computer if anyone can help?

Wow!

My son and I will be making a roundtrip visit this summer between New Paltz, NY (80 mi north of NYC) and the Twin Cities of MN, about 12 miles away. I figure we'll brave something like 800 miles the first day and then crash in a motel before a 2nd day of 400 miles. Or maybe 700/500.

You may find help in:

Especially 'SMART' first posts... Hope it helps.

Note: your picture(s) have to be in a public location. The easiest appears to be Flickr or our "Gallery".

You win.

I did 1020 miles one shot, 14.5 hrs, avg of about 70.34 mph average.
At around the 12 hr mark, I was getting uncomfortable...
But in fairness, I did the drive w/o eating and in one shot and after 4 tankfuls and I was tired. So... yea, had I slept better, I probably would havent been that uncomfortable.

It's good to know that it's not uncomfortable like most of the "expert" reviews tell over long distances on freeways! I find mine to be very comfortable over the twenty miles a day I have to drive... and I'll be taking a trip through Northern California soon so I'll see for myself!

I think the record goes to that guy on the "other" forum. 10,000 miles in 25 days around the USA.

Did a round trip from Dallas to Tucson. Not a single problem with comfort (or anything else). Let the fun begin
